The Light of God continues to shine. As Karen Hammons of
Omaha said upon visiting the Emerald Gallery while recently checking out
Fairfield for the first time, “I have never seen an art exhibit that was so
much about what I sense this whole town is about. What is HAPPENING here??”
(referring to the town, I surmised). It was an astute observation, a common
question. And I appreciated the reference to the Light of God exhibit as a
further reflection of that which is “happening here.”
